Calorie & macro targets

💡 Targets are yours to set. Atisbo does not calculate a target for you and does not judge what you log against it — the ring on Today is a reference point, not a score. If you want a number chosen for you, a doctor or a registered dietitian is the right source.

Import scale data

⚖ Smart scale (Renpho, etc.)

Export from the Renpho Health app: profile → Data Management → Export Data → select a date range → share the file here. Weight, body fat, BMI, muscle mass, visceral fat, BMR and body water are read if present. CSV only — reading XLS needed a spreadsheet library loaded from someone else's CDN, and Renpho can export CSV.

Your data

Everything you log is stored on this device. Import brings in an export from the previous version of the app.

Reset

Deletes your food log, photos, exercise, weights, saved foods, favourites, body details and goals from this device. Export first if you want to keep it — this cannot be undone.

This also deletes the record of the notices you accepted, so you will be asked to confirm them again. Your plan is kept, so a reset does not cancel it.

Before you start

The app does not work without this, because photo and text estimates are the app.

Check before logging

Each line says where its numbers came from. Untick anything that is wrong, or tap Not this? to search for the right one.

Edit Food Entry

Add activity

Asks the model roughly how hard that activity is. Approximate, uses a credit, and the figure stays editable.

Plans

Estimates use an AI model that costs real money per request, so plans are metered in credits. A match found in the reference database costs no credits at all.
